Globalisation – had lead to multinational, multicultural environments. The need to be aware of cultural diversity and the global dynamics of conducting business is becoming more and more important for both individuals and organizations.
A need for managers to have the necessary skills to manage such diversity.
In order to acquire or enhance these skills, students wishing to work in a multinational, multicultural environment need international exposure. This will enable them to interact with a range of diverse business issues and share experiences with other cultures.
