A Guide to Sending in Your Photographs

Passport photographs must be sent in the correct format, so a Student ID card can be created. Access to the campus or the campus facilities is not permitted with out an ID card.

It is our preference that passport photographs are sent to us in colour jpg/jpeg format.

Our photo guidelines are as follows:

Full head and shoulders showing
No hats/headscarves (except for religious/cultural reasons)
No profile pictures, only full face frontal shots
No pictures copied form drivers licences or other identification documents
No black and white photos

Your photographs can be emailed directly to the Admissions Department on
