Other Activities
Nick is Hon Fellow of Chartered Institute of Linguists, a
Fellow of Higher Education Academy, Member of the Cartoon Arts
Trust, Member of the Political Cartoon Society, Member of the
Hertfordshire Golf & Country Club.
Nick has been involved for about 25 years with
the Chartered Institute of Linguists where he is currently a
Trustee-Director and Vice-Chairman of the Educational Trust, and a
Member of the Examinations Review Board.
He is also Member of Editorial
Advisory Board of Euro Asia Journal of Management.
Nick also serves as External Examiner
(Business Foundation Degree, EHWL), University of Westminster.
Dr Bowen has also given lectures given on international
institutions and marketing of products and services, as part of the
Erasmus Teacher Mobility Scheme at Universidad Francisco de
Vitoria, Madrid in Spring 2004.
Biography
Nick joined the European Business School in
1980 and has held several positions within the School and now
within the Faculty of Business and Management. For the last six
years, he has been Programme Director for the BA International
Business at EBS. His previous teaching experience has been
at institutions in the UK and the USA, and his Ph.D.
research took him to the USA and Argentina.
