exciting opportunity to undertake up to 6 hours of Mandarin Chinese
classes per week, in order to develop your linguistic proficiency.
These classes are taught by native Chinese
speakers.
We teach Chinese from beginner level, and no prior
knowledge is required.
International Business & Chinese Language Course
Details
You will undertake a study period abroad in China as part of
your degree; during this time upper intermediate and advanced
speakers of the language will take international business
classes taught in Chinese, whereas students on a lower level will
continue with Chinese classes. Through undertaking related work
experience and internships in China, you will also gain
international business experience.
For example, according to the Fortune 500 Companies in China
Directory 2009-2010, there were 5,500
Fortune 500 Company offices across China.
The knowledge and skills gained from the BA (Hons) International
Business degree, coupled with fluency in Mandarin Chinese and a
personal understanding of Chinese business practice, will open up
