LCP Experience represents a newly established, full-time learning process at the European Business School London (EBSL), in which highly motivated students gain real professional experience.
Leadership, Creative Management and Psychology (LCP) students are given the opportunity to explore real-life opportunities by working in a company that relies solely on their motivation, dedication, skills and abilities, and to channel their visions into a defined strategic direction.
LCP Experience instigates a flow of positive energy among fellow students who are driven towards a clearly distinct goal - to succeed both creatively and financially.
Merging arts and management into one entity under one specific motto has resulted in the creation of three different business areas: "Short Film","Drama" and "Fashion". Since LCP Experience is constantly seeking new ways to combine its business and creative talents, in 2005 it introduced its forth unit: "Art".

The creative alliance between Arts and Business is an emerging field of practice that is part of a new trend of aesthetic thinking and learning entering the business and organizational world. Leadership, Creative Management, Psychology & Drama students (LCP) at the European Business School London work increasingly in partnership - and in competition - with publishers, film-makers and broadcasters by actively partaking in film-festivals including London, Berlin and Cannes. The LCP Experience sees management and leadership studies in new contexts: words, images, structures, motions and symbols, stimulating the unexpected and anticipated surprise. Promoting an experiential action learning environment, LCP develops responsible, thoughtful business leaders and entrepreneurs whose actions create values not only for themselves, but also for society as a whole.
