How to Attend

Registration to attend the Events Forum is completed electronically. You will be redirected to our registration website when you click on the link below. Enter the information required and follow the instructions on screen.

Once your registration is submitted and checked, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to pay for the event.  Click here to register.

What does the registration include?

Registration includes attendance at all keynote sessions, workshops and a selection of site visits. It also includes attendance at the Gala Dinner on Friday, 17th September.

West End shows are not included in the registration fee, and must be paid for additionally in advance. If you choose to attend a theatre performance, you will receive an email requesting your preferred show.

Payment Methods

You can pay for the event online by credit or debit card, by BACS transfer to Regent's College, or by cheque. Bookings must be paid for within 10 days after registration is confirmed.

Promotions

The event team will be running a range of promotions prior to the event. Information on current promotions can be found on this page and on our facebook page. Current Promotional Offer

1 extra complimentary booking offered for every 2 event management professional registrations made. Registration fees are £98 (inc VAT) all-inclusive of presentations, workshops, site vists, drinks/lunches, and attendance at the Gala Dinner.

In order to qualify, bookings must be made under the same company name. Alternatively, send us an email with the names of the three delegates to be registered under the special promotional offer.

Notes

RC Events Forum is a non-profit event. Any income is used to cover the costs of the activities and any surplus or donations raised during the event will be donated to the event charity of choice.

Workshops subject to availability. Site visits subject to availability. Some activities may require voluntary contribution towards charity.
