replace one business subject with a second foreign language module.
EBS London offers a choice of nine languages: French, German,
Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Arabic,
Portuguese and Spanish.
Q Is it compulsory to study

A English is not compulsory. Students
are admitted to EBS London on the assumption that students have an
adequate level of English. Check with your Home University whether
they require you to take English.
Q What modules am I allowed to
take?
A You can choose modules from Levels 1
to 3 and either Core or Elective modules. It is your responsibility

personal timetable during the Induction Week showing the times and
locations of each class.
Q What will classes be
like?
A There is a strong focus on teamwork,
communication and leadership skills through a variety of practical
activities. For example, report writing, presentations and
student-centred learning form an integral part of our teaching
methods. Most classes meet two or three times a week, for double
periods of 100 minutes or single periods of 50 minutes each. The
teaching day runs from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
Q Am I allowed to drop a module
once the semester has started?
A In order to avoid disruption to
classes, withdrawals from modules can only take place before the
end of Week 3 of the semester. To ensure that the module does not
appear on your final transcript, you need to submit a Module
Withdrawal Form to the Business and
Management Faculty Registry by the deadline. Any change
will need to be submitted beforehand to your Home Institution for
approval. It is your responsibility to ensure all the Modules you
take are approved.
Q Is it still possible to
replace one of the modules I have chosen with a new one once
classes have started?
A Changes to your timetable will be
allowed only in exceptional circumstances during the first week of
the semester and subject to space availability.
